SALON POLICIES:
Reverie Hair Co. requires a credit card on file to hold each reservation. You may make a reservation without a credit card on file with a prepaid, non refundable 50% deposit.
We ask guests of Reverie Hair Co. to please come alone to their appointment. Minors receiving services may be accompanied by an adult.
We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we would love to make any adjustments for you within 7 days of your original service.
We cannot perform a redo service if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair. A change of heart is not considered a redo and will be booked at full price.
If you would like an adjustment that requires more work than originally agreed upon, you must pay the difference in price from the original appointment.
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled reservation, we may not be able to provide all of the scheduled services or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
•In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation 48 hours notice is required to avoid fees.
•If appointment is canceled the day before 50% of the services scheduled will be charged.
•No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.
If you have canceled or rescheduled more than 3 times within a calendar year we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to make future appointments.
